Xebra Delta provides AI-powered missed call text-back services for businesses. Our system detects missed inbound calls, sends automated text messages on behalf of the subscribing business, facilitates two-way SMS conversations using artificial intelligence, and captures lead information for appointment scheduling and follow-up.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent to use our services. By signing up, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
You agree not to use our services to send messages that are deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent; transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content; violate any applicable laws or regulations; harass, threaten, or abuse any individual; or send messages to numbers that have opted out of communications.
Services are billed monthly at the agreed-upon rate. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds are provided in accordance with our 90-day money-back guarantee where applicable.
If you are unsatisfied with the service within the first 90 days, you may request a full refund of fees paid. This guarantee applies to new subscribers only and is limited to one claim per business.
Xebra Delta LLC provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or revenue increases. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued and any outstanding balances will become due. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
